North Carolina Health officials are urging patrons of a restaurant at a Cashiers resort to receive vaccinations after learning an employee there had hepatitis A.

Any patron who ate at High Hampton Inn between April 26 and May 1 is considered at risk, according to the Jackson County Health Department. Those exposed could experience symptoms
